Platform width: up to 2000mm.
Platform length: up to 2500mm.
Lip length: up to 450mm.
Leveller depth: 600mm.
Pit depth: 600mm.
Working range: Maximum possible +300mm/-300mm, gradient is 11.5% at +/-320mm (BS EN 1398 recommends 12.5% maximum gradient).
Rated loading capacity: 6000Kg single axle loading based on BS EN 1398 statement that 100% of the load to be calculated on the front axle (9000Kg total dynamic load).
Performance
CE-marked in accordance with BS EN 1398 (1998) Dock Levellers.
Platform Construction
5mm/7mm chequer high tensile plate steel construction supported underneath by a 100mm I-beam.
Hinged Lip Construction
13mm/15mm chequer high tensile plate steel construction with chamfered lead edge.
Frame
Fully welded, self-supporting structure composed of mild steel channels, angles and plate. Pouring tray made from angles and mild steel plate finished with one coat rust inhibitive primer.
Hydraulics
Double ram operation with gravity descent control. 3-phase hydraulic with 24 Volt DC solenoid safety systems.
Operation
BS EN 1398 Fortress FDL950 Drive System™ 3-phase operator with low voltage safety control system (24 Volt).
