CE-marked in accordance with BS EN 1398 (1998) Dock Levellers.

Construction
Two vertical side foam pad dock seals, 300mm x 300mm, constructed from one piece of PVC coated nylon fabric with no transverse seams top or bottom, which alleviates splitting problems due to high usage. The covers have air vents to allow air to exhaust during compression of the seal reducing the amount of stress on the nylon fabric and to prevent condensation.
Stitched to the front face of the cover and extending 50mm down each side and ends is a single piece of hardwearing 1500g/m2 neoprene coated nylon which forms the main wear area to the seal.
A permanent high visibility guide stripe is stitched to the lower front face of the side seals to aid correct vehicle alignment.

Door Seal Core
Lightweight polyether foam with a good recovery rate is used for the core of the pad seals.
The foam pads are bonded to either a 50mm treated timber backboard or a galvanised steel profile.

Front and Side Curtain
3400mm x 600mm 3mm thick PVC curtain reinforced with a double crossed nylon weave with chevron guide marker for accurate trailer placement.
