Frame can be built up/cut down to suit non-standard openings.
Alternatively a bespoke door leaf can be manufactured to suit opening.

Door Frame
1.6mm galvanneal steel double rebated frame. 50mm deep as standard.

Door Leaf
Two skins of 1.2mm galvanneal steel sheet folded and pressed together to form a hollow 45mm thick door leaf.

Door Core
Structural honeycomb core manufactured from kraft paper product fabricated to form a continuous series of triangular cells. Core is laminated under pressure to the door leaf face sheets resulting in a sandwich panel which provides outstanding strength and rigidity

Threshold
A shallow depth extruded aluminium profile fitted to the ground for additional strength to frame, enhanced appearance and weatherproofing.

Hinges
3 No. stainless steel butt hinges as standard.

Hardware
Lock and handles as standard.
Additional hardware as addition to contract.

Finish
Standard finish is a door leaf and frame finished with one coat rust inhibitive primer ready for site painting by others.
Option: polyester powder coated (PPC).
